Copyright Information
The Identity Archive Project's database of logos and brand identity designs represents the creativity and hard work of designers from around the world. All materials maintain their respective copyrights and trademarks according to local, regional, and international copyright and trademark laws, and it is your responsibility to respect the creativity of others by NOT RIPPING OFF ANYTHING YOU SEE ON THIS WEBSITE!

This is an open and universally accessible database, and as such, the Identity Archives Project can not be held responsible for the publishing and/or presentation of designs which may conflict with the copyrights or trademark registrations of an existing design, either from your portfolio or elsewhere. Copyright and/or trademark disputes must be raised with the parties representing the design in question. If a dispute arises, and there is a need to edit the profile of a design on the database (or to remove it entirely), please contact us with the details and we'll do our best to accommodate both parties for the duration of the conflict. And remember that this is an international database; international copyright and trademark law is way beyond our expertise, and we recommend that you consult with a legal expert regarding any potential conflicts that you may find on this website.

All images on this website belong to the designers and design agencies which created them, and they are copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise legally protected from duplication without the explicit consent of the authoring parties and/or organizations which commissioned the identity design(s). The inclusion of a ®, TM, or SM symbol do not necessarily represent a formal registration of the design, and IdAP is not responsible for accuracy in this regard. If the presence of your company's logo on this website is in violation of existing copyrights or trademarks, give us an e-jingle with the details and we'll remove it promptly.

For more information, please read our Terms of Use before searching or submitting to the database.
